I am interested in your multiplicity - what hurts, what feels limiting or confusing, as well as the parts of you that long for, or know of, something more.
Each of us carries an innate capacity for self-knowing, even if it’s obscured by pain, stress, or trauma. In our work, we begin by asking: What is possible through connection?
I am curious about how your story has unfolded—your body, your history, your relationships, and the cultural context that shaped you. Some of this may feel familiar; other parts may surface through emotions, bodily sensations, or even dreams.
Our work is grounded in your goals, whether you are seeking support for anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions. As well, we will remain open to what else might emerge as your sense of agency and integration grows. My approach is compassionate, relational, and backed by research and experience.
